The Q Playa

Balaciano Group acquired The Q Playa in 2022 for $231 million, a prime location on the 405 freeway between Culver City and Playa Del Rey, featuring 376 apartments with ground-level retail. Following the acquisition, Balaciano Group began upgrading the community focusing on the common spaces, integrating true smart features into the apartments, and repainting the exterior and courtyards, which all took about a year. This investment has dramatically improved the community, cementing The Q Playa’s status as one of the most renowned apartment living options in the greater Los Angeles area.
